Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Lumen Protocol Inc concerning your access to and use of kira.trade and any related services, features, interfaces, software, tools or content made available through the platform.

By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

kira.trade is private software. Access is provided only to approved users. Lumen Protocol Inc may approve, reject, suspend, limit or terminate access at any time where necessary for security, operational, legal or business reasons.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
• You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
• You may not sell, transfer or share access without written permission.

The platform provides technical infrastructure for blockchain workflows, including wallet management, blockchain transaction tooling, project configuration, private funding workflows, market research and related operational features. The platform is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser or financial adviser.

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

• reviewing all wallet addresses, transaction settings, amounts, fees and configurations before execution;
• maintaining your own records for tax, accounting, compliance and operational purposes;
• understanding the risks of blockchain networks, smart contracts, liquidity venues, RPC providers and third-party services;
• ensuring that your use of the platform complies with laws and regulations applicable to you.

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Network conditions, validator behavior, third-party infrastructure, smart contracts, wallet software, RPC providers and routing providers may fail, delay, reorder, reject or otherwise affect transactions. You understand that using blockchain tools involves risk and that you are responsible for your own use of the platform.

No information provided through kira.trade constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, tax or accounting advice. Any information, automation, tooling or output available through the platform is provided for technical and informational purposes only.

You agree not to use the platform to:

• violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party right;
• gain unauthorized access to accounts, wallets, systems or data;
• introduce malware, exploits, spam or abusive traffic;
• attack, overload, disrupt or impair the platform or its infrastructure;
• misrepresent your identity, authority or affiliation;
• use the platform in a way that creates legal, security or operational risk for the company.

The platform may interact with third-party services, including blockchain networks, RPC providers, routing providers, exchange infrastructure, hosting providers and analytics or debugging systems. Lumen Protocol Inc does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, pricing, performance or conduct.

You are responsible for all network fees, routing costs, third-party charges and other costs generated by your use of the platform. Displayed estimates may differ from final execution costs due to network conditions, provider behavior or other external factors.

The platform, including its software, design, interfaces, workflows, content, branding and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Lumen Protocol Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the platform except as expressly permitted in writing.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumen Protocol Inc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, security and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumen Protocol Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, failed transactions, missed opportunities, loss of digital assets or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
